Inquiries and website operation

When you contact us, we use the name, email address, optional city and company, and message you provide to respond to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, account numbers or other confidential credentials.

The contact service uses Microsoft Azure email services and Google reCAPTCHA for delivery and abuse prevention. Request information, including IP addresses and rate-limit identifiers, may be processed to protect the service.

Google reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Store purchases

The separate Northific store provides its own privacy and purchase policies. Review those policies before placing an order.
